This position offers a unique combination of responsibilitiesyou will split your time between working on our Chick-fil-A Food Truck and supporting our Back of House (BOH) operations inside the restaurant. The food truck brings Chick-fil-As high-quality food to different locations in the community and when not on the truck youll be assisting in our kitchen to prepare fresh delicious meals for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Set up operate and break down the Chick-fil-A Food Truck at various locations.
• Prepare cook and assemble food that meets Chick-fil-As quality and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when working on the food truck including taking orders processing payments and engaging with guests.
• Support BOH operations inside the restaurant by assisting with food prep cooking assembling meals and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adapt to changing work environments alternating between the food truck and the restaurant as needed.
• Handle truck inventory and restocking tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No prior experience requiredjust a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mobile environment with varying locations.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions while on the food truck.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Dependable adaptable and a strong work ethic.
• Tattoos on the hand neck face or behind the ears are not permitted.
