FULL-TIME PART-TIME WEEKEND ONLY PREMIUM

*** $4000 Sign-On Bonus for any Part-Time position******$5.000 Sign-On for any Full-Time position***

10 or 12-HOUR PREMIUM PAY POSITION - Earn an additional $6/hr on top of base wage!

• 3 ten (11am - 9pm or 12pm - 10pm)or twelve-hour (9p - 9p or 10p - 10p) shifts/week to include every other weekend
• Receive anadditional $6/houron top of your base wage!!

Non-Premium schedule options can include:

• full-time evenings
• part-time evenings
• 8 10 or 12 hour shift options
• weekend only

As aNurse at Hope Residenceyou will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals provide clinical oversight for care services and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Primary Responsibilities Include but not limited too:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents to determine health status and care needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on residents medical conditions and personal preferences.
• Monitor residents for changes in health conditions providing timely intervention as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care assessments and interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare providers regarding care plans and medical needs.
• Participate in care conferences and provide education to residents and their families on health and wellness topics.

Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)

• Promote a supportive person-centered care environment that honors resident dignity and independence.
