What You Will Do

• Work closely with a dedicated team of software engineers to manage work scope across multiple programs
• Work with Integrated Product Team Leads Leads/Program Managers to ensure requirements are defined and understood risks/opportunities are managed and schedules/budgets are met
• Manage and administer engineering DevSecOps tool suites and licensing for the department (Atlassian Artifactory)
• Assist and maintain DevSecOps application upgrades
• Work under limited supervision while exercising responsibility in choosing and meeting the technical financial and schedule targets of projects
• Perform Control Account Management (CAM) activities
• Create and contribute to bid and proposal efforts

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or a STEM related degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior experience. Or an advanced degree and 3 years of prior experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Product Owner on software or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in administering Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) for project tracking and workflow management.
• Hands-on experience with Control Account Management (CAM) processes and reporting.
• Experience contributing to or leading bid and proposal efforts for technical projects.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in Linux administration
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
