Job Description Summary
This position will support the Stewardship Team within University Advancement through assistance on administrative tasks data management and communications related to donor records and gift documentation. The primary focus for the role will be supporting Villanovas Endowment Services Team by assisting with the organization tracking and processing of gift agreements and nomination forms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-motivated organized individual who is comfortable working with digital records and navigating multiple software systems with accuracy and consistency. An interest in University Advancement operations is a plus! Key responsibilities include: Accurately save completed gift agreements and nomination forms to the appropriate platforms including the internal drive Salesforce and Etrieve (Softdocs) and update record statuses accordingly Manage the GA Booked sub-folder in the Gift Agreements inbox Monitor AdobeSign accounts Print agreements and cover letters for the Vice President of University Advancement Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy of records in Salesforce Occasional editing faculty staff and student submissions for donor reporting Maintain confidentiality and uphold data accuracy across all platforms Administrative tasks to support the overall work of the Stewardship Team may also be assigned.
