The Role
As a Product Manager youll help shape OpenUps product roadmap and deliver outcomes that matter. You will work closely with Customer Success Marketing Engineering and Sales to define opportunities aligned with our business goals. The focus is on building and delivering experiences that increase activation and engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Activation & engagement: Set targets and ship work that reduces drop-offs and improves Monthly Active User rate completions and product retention.
- Run Customer & market research: Run qualitative and quantitative discovery and competitive benchmarking. Be the voice of the customer.
- Prioritise roadmap: Balance quick wins and longer bets; make trade-offs explicit and well-communicated.
- Make data-informed decisions: Define metrics run l analyse A/B tests and make bold product calls with evidence.
- Execution excellence: Lead the squad to deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- 5 years in product management (Habit building apps B2B SaaS or high-performing scale-up preferred).
- Proven track record driving activation & engagement (e.g. moved WAU and MAU improved product retention reduced funnel drop-offs or habit-forming design).
- Experience in mapping and improving user journeys end-to-end.
- Hands-on with ML and AI-powered products delivering features safely from scope to launch.
- A background in User Experience and Research is preferred
