Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO SEM email social media and display advertising).
- Manage company website including SEO/SEM optimization and content updates.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan execute and measure A/B testing and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost-efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts strategy and best practices.
- Experience in SEO SEM email marketing social media and/or content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads Manager HubSpot etc.).
- Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS WordPress and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
