Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Reporting Order to Cash.

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual Consolidated and Automated). In this role you will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines in a fast paced business environment while being a good great teammate and should have led a team size of 40 to 50 people.

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing all billing cycles for circulation activities on a strict timeline each month.
Expertise in navigating billing systems to perform research on billing disputes input new pricing and products.
Key contact for local circulation departments for billing issues.
Assist AR team with cash application if exceptions arise.
Monitor adjustments to bills; ensuring accuracy in GL coding and mapping within the front end systems.
Responsible for creating an environment and culture that fosters process improvement high performance teams employee growth extraordinary customer service and market-driven competitiveness in Billing
Responsible for establishing productivity and quality performance measurements monitoring performance against established goals and coaching employees on improvements in execution
Owns all Billing policies controls processes and procedures.
Enforces all policies controls process and procedures for Billing.
Ability to communicate technical problems to the appropriate IT staff for system functionality issues and resolution.
Ensure all documentation is SOX compliant up-to-date accurate and easy to understand.
Perform and monitor Month End process for each location as well as generate and book Circulation Revenue to JDE
Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries especially with other SSC departments.
Hire train and motivate the team.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor or Graduate degree
Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be self-reliant resourceful and proactive in approaching tasks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)
oExperience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management OR
oOrder Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management OR
oContract review & Entry experience for Contract Management OR
Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel PowerPoint and Word Strong communication skills
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints.
Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests.
