Salary -up to 80k plub benefits package
Permanent Position
Our client who are an award winning multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This company have over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry.
You will be based on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda this is a permanent position which will be ongoing over the next 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
- Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
- Liaising with any consultants subcontractors supervisors planners quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion
Requirements
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade background
- Sound knowledge of construction methods health & safety Environmental and building regulations
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook

Permanent Position
Our client who are an award winning multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This company have over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry.
