The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales and driving business leads on the 5 star London market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities across allocated market segment
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Activities: Conducting client meetings sales calls site inspections attending trade shows and participating in FAM (familiarization) trips.
  • Revenue Maximization: Focusing on increasing room revenue and revenue from ancillary services.
