Derby Hybrid (3 days a week on site)

This role will be pivotal in inspiring and coordinating the delivery of the HSE digital and IT strategybalancing the maintenance and optimisation of our current systems with the foresight to meet future data reporting and communication demands. You will play a critical role in simplifying and standardising how HSE data is captured analysed and reported across the organisation
What you will be doing
Working within the HSE compliance team and in collaboration with the HSE Regional teams functions and IT you will lead on timely efficient and standardised HSE reporting requests to meet the demands across the group.
Using the latest IT tools and techniques - including AI and Power platforms you will also champion change to standardise and simplify HSE reporting across the Group and minimise the requests for adhoc reports.

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade SNBG 07-10
