How You Fit In

Youre not just a cog in the development machine youre a quality champion. As a Junior Test Automation Engineer youll jump into projects early pinpointing where automated testing will make the biggest impact. Youre utilizing your QA expertise from manual testing and are always thinking about how to streamline testing without sacrificing thoroughness. Your work directly affects the quality of the custom software we build ensuring that our clients receive reliable products.

This role is about collaboration and continuous learning. Youll work hand-in-hand with Engineers and the QA team sharing your automation expertise. Together youll build a testing strategy thats both efficient and effective. At STRV Your Role Will Be to:

• Work with your team to establish a sense of collaboration and togetherness

• Proactively analyze identify and communicate the state of a product to team members

• Help us improve the internal QA community knowledge automation and processes

• Design and implement test automation frameworks

• Ability to build structures that support automated testing

• Create and follow test plans test cases and test analysis reports to evaluate product functionality

• Work on both web and mobile app testing

• Play a key role in project development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives

• Confidently communicate in English with our US clients

We Expect You To Have

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

• 1 years of experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks

• 3 years of experience in manual testing

• Platform-specific knowledge: Frontend

• Good English is a must as you will be speaking directly with our US-based clients

• Knowledge and understanding of a product development lifecycle

• Ability to work individually on a project and as a part of the whole QA team
