As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner youll play a critical role in shaping our long-term talent strategy by leading high-impact hiring initiatives and advising senior stakeholders across the business. Youll own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and strategic roles while also driving continuous improvement inclusive hiring practices and workforce planning efforts.
In this role youll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners offering market insights data-driven recommendations and coaching to elevate hiring outcomes. Youll mentor junior team members champion our employer brand and help build scalable future-ready talent pipelines. This position blends strategic foresight with expert execution requiring a deep understanding of our business priorities and a passion for building diverse high-performing teams.
- Leads and optimizes the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on strategic sourcing proactive pipelining and high impact hiring for critical roles.
- Consults with senior leaders HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast talent needs define success profiles and align hiring plans with long-term business goals.
- Owns the hiring experience end-to-end driving consistency accountability and excellence across candidate and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Leads social recruiting strategies by leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms to build brand presence engage passive talent and drive targeted outreach campaigns; advises hiring teams on best practices for online engagement and personal branding.
- Uses advanced analytics and market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies influence workforce planning and guide data-driven decisions.
- Leads process improvement initiatives evaluating tools workflows and candidate engagement strategies to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Builds and nurtures strategic talent pipelines leveraging passive candidate engagement succession planning and competitive intelligence to support future hiring needs.
- Mentors and coaches junior recruiters and peers sharing best practices providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Delivers reporting and insights translating hiring data candidate feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations.
- Partners with brand and marketing teams to evolve the employer value proposition (EVP) ensuring outreach and messaging resonate with target talent segments.
- Represents the organization at high-impact recruitment events industry conferences and networking forums to elevate brand visibility and attract top-tier talent.
- Ensures compliance and data integrity across systems and proactively identifies risks or gaps in process adherence.
- Leads special projects and cross-functional initiatives such as technology rollouts or new processes
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in full lifecycle recruitment including strategic sourcing stakeholder management and talent planning
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies ATS platforms and data-driven hiring practices
Preferred:
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to influence hiring decisions and workforce strategy
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching recruiters or hiring managers
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social sourcing tools
Licenses/ Certifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP or CIR or ACIR highly preferred
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Must be able to read understand and follow work instructions in a safe accurate and timely manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office / 365 suite required. Advanced capabilities with ATS (Smart Recruiters) and web-based recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Indeed etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced highly professional environment.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure.
- Travel to other SGS locations or client locations may be required from time to time.
- Ensures full compliance with the companys Health & Safety Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct policies.
