Job Summary
Compliance and Safety Coordinator
Preferred Location:Frederick Maryland
Travel:Heavy in Year 1 then 50%
Salary:$65000 annually

What Youll Do:
- Monitor and implement updates to Risk Management programs across the region
- Develop and roll out regional safety initiatives based on risk trends
- Ensure monthly safety meetings are held and audit locations for compliance
- Partner with Employee Relations and Legal teams on Department of Labor audits
- Conduct audits for key programs
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and passionate about safety
- Skilled in auditing and compliance practices
- Comfortable with travel and field coordination
- A proactive communicator and collaborator
