About the Role
Were looking for a GTM Engineer to scale and modernize Unstructureds go-to-market function on the Revenue Operations (RevOps) this role youll design test and deploy AI-driven workflows and automations across Growth Marketing and Sales enabling the team to operate with efficiency and precision. Youll turn our huge pool of raw data into actionable outbound and pipeline generation programs unify systems and eliminate manual processes - ultimately fulfilling functions that traditionally require multiple individual contributors.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of RevOps automation and AI with deep experience in tools like Clay and HubSpot.
This role is remote with occasional in-person working sessions;

What Youll Do
Fully onboard and integrate Clay into Unstructureds GTM stack.
Work alongside our Data team to operationalize GTM data therefore delivering consistent enriched outbound prospect lists and pipeline reporting.
Automate message-based and call-based outbound motions to conduct a clean hand-off of qualified prospects to the sales team.
Monitor and optimize GTM data pipelines to ensure accuracy reliability and scalability.
What Were Looking For (Essential Skills)
3-6 years of experience in GTM systems management
*Must have deep experience with Clay integrated with HubSpot.
Strong hands-on workflow/automation engineering experience including Zapier.
Experience setting up and utilizing APIs for integrations
Ability to build or leverage lead scoring/intent models.
Familiarity with advanced data enrichment solutions (e.g. Apollo).
Experience with multi-channel outbound systems (email LinkedIn and other touchpoints).
Understanding of ICP and segmentation strategies.
Experience applying AI/LLMs for personalization summarization or enrichment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with n8n or other low-code workflow automation platforms.
Some scripting/programming skills (SQL JavaScript Python) for custom data transformations.
Experience with Gong.
Exposure to sales engagement or marketing automation best practices.
