Your Mission
As the Factory Automation segment lead you will:
Set Strategy: Define and execute NXPs system-level vision for Factory Automation.
Deliver Solutions: Lead your team to develop and launch innovative scalable solutions that win in the market.
Build Partnerships: Position NXP as the trusted advisor for leading customers driving deep engagement and long-term success.
Scale Success: Leverage wins to expand NXPs presence through all available channels.
What Youll Do
Identify and address key customer challenges with system-based solutions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with product sales and marketing teams.
Shape go-to-market plans lead launch campaigns and establish NXP as a thought leader.
Provide strategic input to product lines for future developments.
Inspire and coach a diverse team of marketing managers system architects and development experts.
What You Bring
Proven leadership in Factory Automation with deep technical and market insight.
Experience as a GM or senior marketing leader in semiconductors or industrial automation.
Track record of building and executing global go-to-market strategies.
Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence at all levels including C-suite.
