Your mission
Adapt and execute the Corporate strategy for the the positioning of the products portfolio he/she is responsible for
Responsible for the achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by Senior Management to increase sales and profitability
As part of the Management participates in the definition of local strategy action plan and budget (short and mid term perspective one - three years)
Leads the teams of Medical Representatives (stream DC stream OC and trainers)
Supervise the organization of postgraduate studies congresses or professional relations according to the legislation in force and in compliance with internal procedures and allocated budgets
Maintain good relations with KOLs
Analyze local data and identify levers to improve targeting and optimize regional performance
Develop and monitor the budget and performance indicators
MastersDegree in a relevant area(аdvantage for the position is a Masters degree in Pharmacy/Medicine/Sicentific field)
At least 3 years in a managerial position in Sales and/or Medical Management
Hands-on experience in managing teams
Fluent English
Advanced computer skills
Strategic vision&excellent leadership skills
Strong analytical skills and attitude to data
