Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Level Application Specialist to support our Proposal Sales Service teams & customers across India. This role demands a hands-on professional who can provide in-depth technical and application knowledge coordinate with Asia Pacific & Global teams and engage with customers to ensure successful product application and resolution of technical issues & supporting the business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical & Application Support
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and application guidance to internal teams (Proposal Sales and Service).
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals product selections and recommendations based on the experience.
- Conduct technical and application training.
2. Customer Site Engagement
- Travel to regions & customer sites for pre-sales technical discussions and product/application reviews & presentations.
- Support the service team during site commissioning and troubleshooting tasks.
3. Coordination with Asia Pacific & Global Teams
- Act as a point of contact between India team Asia Pacific & Global team for application technical issues & product failures.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex technical issues product quality issues that require AP/ Global input.
- Coordinate technical documentation design clarifications and product customizations
4. Field Readiness & Physical Involvement
- Participate in site inspections performing Demo at customer site including climbing process tanks or accessing elevated equipment as required.
- Ensure proper safety procedures and PPE usage during all site visits
5. Internal Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct face to face as well as online product training sessions and application workshops.
- Participate into Marketing Events.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation and share updates regarding new developments or changes in product features.

You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines.
For This Role You Will Need:
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Solid understanding of Level Instrument Knowledge.
- Travel across the country to support the team & drive business initiatives.
- Visit customer site climbing the process tanks as job demands
Preferred Qualifications & Experience that Set You Apart:
- Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/Electronics with 5 to 10 years of experience
- Through knowledge of Level measurement Devices Radar Technology Level Switch Technology
- Through knowledge and hands on experience in Installation Commissioning of Radars and Switches in various Industries like Refinery Oil & Gas Chemical Life Science Water Metal Cement F&B.
