Position Overview: Transfer Driver (Part-Time)
The Transfer Driver ensures products and supplies are delivered safely accurately and on time to all Rainbow Blossom locations. This role also oversees the general maintenance of the Transfer Van and occasionally assists with home delivery orders and vendor pickups.
This part-time position reports to the Brownsboro Rd Store Director. Thursday and Saturday daytime availability is required.
We are also hiring for other roles across the company-candidates interested in working in other departments or positions may discuss opportunities during the application process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transport products and supplies between locations visiting each store at least once per day (additional trips may be required for time-sensitive items).
- Deliver home delivery orders to customers as needed.
- Coordinate product pickups from local vendors.
- Receive sellable items into each stores inventory via WebOffice.
- Maintain the condition of the Transfer Van and refrigeration units; schedule maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all deliveries and handling of products meet safety and quality standards.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support store operations and the successful operation of Rainbow Blossom.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly
- Must have the sensory and motor skills necessary to safely perform driving and delivery duties.
- Flexibility to work in varying environments including inside climate-controlled stores cooler/freezer areas and outdoor conditions when safe
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks typical of delivery and store-support roles including moving bending reaching and handling materials.
- Frequent sitting standing walking reaching grasping and handling of materials
- Occasional work in cooler/freezer environments and exposure to outdoor elements
- Ability to perform tasks safely in a motorized vehicle environment
- Physical stamina to perform duties typical of delivery stocking and store-support roles
Work Environment
- Primarily mobile between stores and vendor locations
- Stores are climate-controlled but may have noise or equipment-related distractions
- The role requires safety-conscious operation under varying conditions
