A Day in the Life
This role is part of Pricing Service and Repair function in Medtronic. The person will ensure accurate and timely management of service and repair pricing including the uploading updating tracking and reporting of spare parts and service-related codes. The specialist will act as a point of contact for pricing-related requests collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of data integrity and customer service.Would you like to work for a rapidly growing international Change your career to exploration innovation and championing healthcare access and equity for all. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Upload and update prices for spare parts and other service-related codes in the system according to agreed rules.
- Solve ad-hoc requests for missing prices.
- Send requests to other teams (e.g. Technical Enablement Team Master Data) to ensure correct system setup.
- Download price reports upon request.
- Manage a dedicated mailbox for Service and Repair Pricing-related requests ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Participate in weekly calls with the Service Manager to discuss updates challenges and improvements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Meticulous well-organized and efficient individual
- Experience with SAP ERP Vendavo ServiceNow and Excel
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Previous experience in a similar service repair or pricing-related role is beneficial.
