Job Description

Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports it offers 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios an outdoor swimming pool gym Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).

Were looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our mission and lead our housekeeping operations to the highest this role you will assist in managing all housekeeping performance ensuring cleanliness efficiency and guest satisfaction. Youll play a key role in supervising and mentoring team members maintaining standards and supporting the Executive Housekeeper with operational planning and execution.

Some of what you will be doing

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces
  • Lead train and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Implement and monitor housekeeping standards procedures and rosters
  • Conduct inspections and audits of rooms and public areas to ensure consistent quality
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies linens and equipment; coordinate with procurement
  • Maintain compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in preparing departmental budgets reports and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Front Office Maintenance and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction

Bring with you

  • 5 years experience in housekeeping management within 45 star hotels or luxury serviced apartments
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations cleaning procedures chemicals and equipment
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
