We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (System Administrator) to ensure the stability security and scalability of our IT systems across multiple office locations. This role is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining core infrastructureincluding networks environments and workplace solutionswhile also providing day-to-day support for teams and clients.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving skills ensuring smooth operations and proactive improvements to our IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize networks and environments
- Manage identity and office access controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system issues
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices patch management and compliance
- Implement backup monitoring and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with clients IT departments for hardware setup and configuration
- Support employees with IT hardware software and workplace systems
Requirements:
- 1 years of industry experience.
- Both verbal & written English on a B1/B2 level.
- Systems & Servers knowledge
- Windows Server Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Active Directory Group Policies
- LAN/WAN VPN
- Firewalls (Fortinet Cisco Palo Alto or similar)
- DNS
- SIEM tools
- Endpoint protection (CrowdStrike Defender etc.)
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- MDM solutions (Intune Jamf)
- Collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Zoom Slack)
