At Toll Group we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.
Were looking for detail-oriented and professional Admin and Customer Service Officers to support site operations across multiple locations in Australia.
Based at RAAF Williams in Laverton West Melbourne in this role youll be the first point of contact for Defence stakeholders and a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities.
This is more than just administration. Its about accuracy professionalism and supporting Australias Defence capability through high-quality service and compliance.

How youll make the right impact
As an Admin and Customer Service Officer youll play a critical role in supporting both operational teams and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:
Provide frontline customer service to Defence stakeholders and internal teams.
Accurately maintain documentation records and data entry across relevant systems.
Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities.
Respond to enquiries complaints and escalations in a timely professional manner.
Assist with preparing reports correspondence meeting packs and KPI tracking inputs.
Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new personnel.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure service standards are consistently met.
What youll bring
Were looking for motivated individuals who bring:
At least 3 years experience in administration customer service or logistics support.
Experience in logistics warehousing or Defence-related environments (preferred).
Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration Logistics or related fields will be highly regarded.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and ERP/WMS platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management ability.
High attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to make the grade

Be an Australian Citizen.
Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance.
Be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history medical and other background assessments.
