Professional Lines Broker
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Lines Broker/Engineered Property Broker to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in underwriting and brokering property accounts across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineered property underwriting and professional lines with a focus on production and client relationship management.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Underwrite and broker property accounts with a focus on middle-market retail brokerages.
- Manage accounts with an average premium of $150000.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet production goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 4 years of experience in engineered property underwriting and professional lines.
- Skills:
- Strong underwriting and brokering expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
