What Youll Do:- Manage and maintain product listings for dealers and marketplace accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Support customer onboarding product launches and annual audits.
- Respond promptly to inbound questions via phone website and email.
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate shipping sample management and donation pickups.
- Assist with tradeshow logistics and marketing materials.
- Help with product photoshoots and staging.
- Support compliance documentation and maintain organized files.
- Partner with sales and product development to meet customer requirements.
- Organize office operations team lunches meetings and supplies.
