Job Description Summary
Support the Production Equipment Coordinator with caring for the equipment housed in The Goldroom.
Responsibilities
Undergo in-depth training on the equipment and processes of The Goldroom. Shadow the Production Equipment Coordinator to learn as much as possible about our equipment packages and provide assistance as requested. Help perform regular maintenance on all equipment (including cleaning). Re-barcode equipment as needed. Create repair tickets for items reported as malfunctioning or damaged. Demonstrate use of equipment to other students and answer general questions. Assist Production Equipment Coordinator with Tech Tuesday appointments when available. Other projects as assigned by the Production Equipment Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience required. Ability to learn support process. Must be comfortable asking questions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
