Degree & Licensure: Bachelors in civil engineering and active Washington State PE license (or ability to obtain one).
Proven experience: 12 years managing and delivering roadway projects especially with WSDOT City of Seattle SDOT King County Metro and other regional agencies.
Technical know-how: Deep familiarity with Washington State design manuals standards and project development processes.
Delivery expertise: Experience with both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods preferred.
Client-focused leadership: Strong communication relationship-building and client engagement skills with a proactive solutions-driven mindset.
Integrity & collaboration: Team-oriented leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and models integrity in all decisions.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment we have provided the base compensation range of$150000 - $225000 annually for this position and local market.
