Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Onsite Warehouse Recruiter / Onboarding Clerical to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include recruiting warehouse staff assisting with onboarding processes and providing clerical support as needed.

Full time 1st Shift

$18.50/hour

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in recruiting HR or related field
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and paperwork
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork orientations and training
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Provide clerical support such as data entry filing and document management
- Participate in job fairs recruiting events and other hiring activities

**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information professionally
