Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from design through construction.
- Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level engineers fostering technical growth and career development.
- Interface directly with clients building strong relationships and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and consultants across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with codes standards and client requirements.
- Oversee project schedules budgets and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10 years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
- Proven success in project management and client engagement.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering with a working knowledge of related disciplines.
