About the Opportunity
Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with a leading APA-accredited practice in Texas-featuring over 200 multidisciplinary clinicians across Austin Houston San Antonio and DFW. We are expanding their outpatient psychiatry team and are seeking passionate evidence-based Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join their growing practice in Austin Houston or Dallas.
This role is structured to offer maximum earning potential and an exceptional focus on clinician well-being.
Compensation & Work-Life Balance Highlights

Exceptional Earning Potential: Base salary up to $350000 with an uncapped compensation structure.

Supervision Bonus: Earn an additional $1000 per month for every Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supervised.

Your Role
-
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.

Provide care in a hybrid model (Austin Houston or Dallas offices).

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless ethical evidence-based care.

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.

Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.
Job Requirements
Qualifications for Psychiatrists (MD/DO):

Board-certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
-
Licensed in Texas with an active unencumbered DEA.
-
Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations.
-
TMS experience preferred.
