Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children young people and families Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and drive service excellence Lancashire County Council is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead frontline delivery within our Early Help Service.

About the Role

As a Team Manager you will:

  • Lead a team of professionals delivering early help services across one of Lancashires geographical areas.
  • Ensure timely high-quality support for children young people and families.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for :

  • Neighbourhood/Community-based early help

What Were Looking For

Were seeking someone with:

  • A Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff managing resources and delivering service plans.
  • Strong knowledge of early help frameworks thresholds and multi-agency working.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
