Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential generating leads and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships within your assigned territory.

Region: North-East Romania

Location: Iași/Bacău/Suceava

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts

  • Provide feedback on customer needs problems interests and competitive activities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales (preferably B2B or technical products)

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory

  • Romanian and good level of English (B2/C1)

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial or cleaning equipment sector

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
