You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef joining our dynamic kitchen team to support the delivery of high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences. One Devonshire Gardens is a fantastic hotel with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Chefs from this kitchen have progressed in their careers to work in Michelin starred establishments. We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu reflecting the best that the local area offers a 7 course Tasting Menu and an elegant Afternoon Tea all of which ensures your development across all areas of the kitchen.

As Commis Chef you will be required maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety. You will have the opportunity to move around all sections of the kitchen in this role. Commis Chefs must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
