As a Client Service Associate within the Solution Center Operational Efficiency Team you will learn how each of our Solution Center teams work and will partner with them closely to promote process improvements productivity improvement cost-reduction and lean culture by understanding current pain points non-value-added steps and redundancy. Once prioritized you will work with the teams to implement process improvements and track benefits. Additionally you will gain an understanding of successful initiatives on other teams that may be replicated to other parts of the organization. You will also assist in facilitating LEAN training to our teams and help provide mentoring to leaders in adopting the various LEAN methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn LEAN methodologies and identify implement and track process improvements and quick wins across our organization.
  • Learn how each team works by working with subject matter experts and shadowing teams.
  • Effectively facilitate one on one meetings group meetings and various training events.
  • Assist in customizing LEAN tools for each team.
  • Required to use strategic thinking and planning skills and abilities and applies analytical thinking in determining benefits and results.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Prior Six Sigma or LEAN experience
  • Prior experience in project management and/or quality assurance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in various other MS Office suite of products to include SharePoint PowerPoint and TEAMs
  • Excellentcommunication facilitation (workshops) negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of employees.
