As a Client Service Associate within the Solution Center Operational Efficiency Team you will learn how each of our Solution Center teams work and will partner with them closely to promote process improvements productivity improvement cost-reduction and lean culture by understanding current pain points non-value-added steps and redundancy. Once prioritized you will work with the teams to implement process improvements and track benefits. Additionally you will gain an understanding of successful initiatives on other teams that may be replicated to other parts of the organization. You will also assist in facilitating LEAN training to our teams and help provide mentoring to leaders in adopting the various LEAN methodologies.
