What will you be doing

As a QA/QC Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment which supports over 2600 users globally. You will work closely with developers product owners and stakeholders to validate new features identify defects and uphold quality standards across our enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories and technical specifications.
• Perform regression testing and validate deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
• Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and QA processes.
• Document QA findings and communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Dynamics 365 development.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM environments.
• Strong understanding of application infrastructure system architecture and operating systems.
• Familiarity Framework C# and REST/ODATA endpoints.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium Postman Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of SQL Server SSRS SSIS and data validation techniques.
• Experience with PCF Controls (React & Typescript) and JavaScript/HTML is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
