Description

Rocky Mountain Careis looking for aLicensed Health Care Administratorto join ourAmazing Team!The facility Administrator is responsible for directing the overall operation of the facility in accordance with all local state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as an Administrator be licensed in Utah have experience working with the Skilled Nursing demographics and possess the ability to creatively assist the facility realizing its potential.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of health services in a care facility nursing home or home care setting
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to residents or clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of health services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
- Manage budgets and financial resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents or clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare providers and community organizations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care and healthcare management

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration nursing social work or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare industry preferably in senior care or working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent financial acumen for budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents clients staff and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
