8 hours per day (7:30 am 4:00 pm) Monday-Friday

The job of Student Information System Coordinator is done for the purposes of managing the student record services using online programs and providing training information and advice to district users of the student records system under the general direction of the Director of Communications Technology and Operations. Ensures reporting functions data integrations and roll out of new applications are done in a seamless and efficient manner. Management of other data systems is also required.

Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include adapting to changing work priorities communicating with diverse groups maintaining confidentiality meeting deadlines and schedules and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: some lifting carrying pushing and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 80% sitting 15% walking and 5% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
