We are looking for an Installation Technician I to join our winning Team!

Qualifications

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

Provide assembly and delivery services for Core Health and Fitness products at customer locations in assigned region; ensure deliveries are carried out following company policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality and courteous support in a timely manner.
Ensure all installs are documented (start to completion) and installation Reports are properly completed and submitted in accordance with established procedures.
Communicates information regarding product performance and relays field feedback to line manager.
Develop firm technical understanding of all Core products to assure quality install and repair capabilities on all core products.

Specific Job Requirements

Strong organizational leadership communication problem solving and analytical skills
Drives positive customer experiences in the service process by contacting customers and obtaining feedback of provided service
Ability to understand technical documentation
Safety is everyones responsibility. Staff are expected to act in a safe manner at all times and ensure that those around them do not put themselves or others at risk

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Technical Associates degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
Industry Specific Field service-related experience
Prior customer interface experience
Experience with in-field repair with procedures for electro/mechanical equipment to include standard troubleshooting and diagnostic methods
Strong technical skills required
PC Skills include use of MS -Outlook MS-Excel and MS-Word
Clean DMV record
Local Candidates Preferred
