Job Summary

Casual Relief Homecare Assistants

(no experience or qualification necessary)

Richard Newcombe Court is looking for Casual Relief Homecare Assistants to join our well-established team. We have a variety of hours available that can be flexible to you.

What youll do

To carry out all responsibilities in a way which respects the rights and dignity of the individual and promotes independence.


To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering care and support services that promote independence and help Tenants have a good quality of life.


To help promote continence before bedtime during the night and in the morning through implementing actions agreed in the care and support plan.

About you

  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive contribution from day one.
  • A friendly committed flexible team player with a compassionate person-centred approach.
  • No care experience or qualification is necessary as you will be fully trained on the job.
