We are looking for AskHR Tier 2 Representative

This hands-on role serves as a critical link in the HR Operating model bridging Tier 1 support and regional leadership. It is designed for individuals with a high level of HR acumen who can manage complex HR inquiries across their region/client groups often in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include second level triage of HR service inquiries or transaction requests from

Tier 1 OR be the first point of contact for specialized HR services inquiries/requests/transactions illustrating confidence in handling inbound or escalated HR service inquiries or requests. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking problem-solving capabilities and the ability to provide

superior customer support while demonstrating HR subject matter expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and consistently models professionalism discretion and sound judgment.

Heres What You will Do

  • Deliver Tier 2 specialized or complex HR services as escalated from AskHR Tier 1 that support the end-to-end process for the employee experience hire to retire in compliance with agreed controls Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); using resources such as Ask HR policy manuals knowledge management system and other reference materials.

  • Monitor the AskHR intake channels respond appropriately maintaining FMCs SLAs and execute extensive communications via multiple channels (email phone Teams chat in person)

  • Demonstrate the expected skills competencies and behaviors for high quality service delivery as a role model for AskHR Tier 1 representatives exhibiting a positive attitude while communicating with all internal client groups and external stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement under the direction of HR Operations/AskHR lead and in collaboration with HR COEs HR Business Partners and/or other cross-functional teams (e.g. IT legal procurement etc.) by taking initiative to propose ways to enhance HR business processes and technologies.

  • Partner with HR Operations/AskHR leads and HR COEs to build knowledge within the AskHR team to support the knowledge management strategy including content development training delivery and ongoing maintenance of policies/ processes/standard operating procedures/work instructions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS)

  • Work independently under the supervision of the HR Operations/AskHR Regional lead.

  • Assist in responsibilities during employee absences focusing on their functional areas.

Heres What You Will Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree or required work experience.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience; experience in Human Resources role shared services or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Heres What You Will Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Demonstrates self-motivation excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills; able to present ideas and information clearly and concisely.

  • Possesses a high learning agility ability to multi-task with strong functional and technical skills. Advanced knowledge of HR business processes & technology is a plus including core HR systems that support the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle case and knowledge management systems. At least two (2) years of experience in an HR functional service area (i.e. Employee Relations Separations Benefits Leaves Global Mobility Payroll etc.)

  • Strong problem solving attention to detail and critical thinking skills able to adapt

  • communication style to various customer groups; is detailed-oriented actively understands and effectively listens to customer concerns to provide relevant solutions.

  • Strong team player and role model works well with others collaborates on problem-solving and fosters an environment for open dialogue and information sharing within the team.

  • Strong technological literacy (e.g. using online tools navigating web browsers) strong oral/written communication and time management; proficient in MS Office (advanced is a plus)

  • Takes initiative makes critical decisions accepts responsibility and is flexible in responding to unexpected situations promptly
