We have international offices staff and clients calling us from around the world. We are seeking for a Full-Time Inventory Specialist. This position works under general supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities include: Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production distribution and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsible for performing daily office deliveries such as filing recording maintaining records copying posting and other similar duties using a computer terminal and other word processors. Responsible for various administrative tasks. Follows organization and department procedures to complete deliveries in a timely manner. Interact with customers in providing information to organizations concerning products services and process documentation. Performs a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Must be computer savvy can utilize systems effectively; proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook etc. (will be tested) Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 1 year of work experience preferably in light industrial warehouse areas/field. Candidates with CPPS exposure to Disposal government excess property and/or government property management are encouraged to apply (preferred but not required). NASA experience preferred. Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with all company safety and health policies. Compliance with PPE use requirements is required. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Requires an associates degree or equivalent in area of specialty or normally possess greater than 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Knowledge of standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Excellent organization skills ability to work independently and backup team members. Competency in Microsoft Office business suite software: word excel outlook and ability to learn new business applications and use of database management systems.
