Job Summary
Were hiring a dedicated Project Manager to lead mid-size commercial projects starting with the Cycle Springs Powersports addition in Clearwater. This is primarily an office-based role with regular field visits. Youll manage subcontractors coordinate with clients and oversee all aspects of construction documentation and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day job activities and subcontractor schedules
- Review submittals and shop drawings
- Interpret plans permits geotechnical reports and layouts
- Maintain documentation and solve field and office challenges
- Communicate clearly with clients engineers and internal teams
- Use construction management software and digital tools effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial projects valued at $3M
- Experience in both horizontal and vertical construction
- College degree preferred or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Strong technical understanding of all trades
- Must be computer-savvy and comfortable in a tech-forward office
- Flexible schedule; occasional work from home available
- Out-of-state candidates will be considered
