DescriptionThis Commission Analyst is responsible foradministering EMEA International Emerging commissions and incentive payments. The role will partner with Business Leadership Sales Operations HR and Payroll to ensure commission calculation logic and data in the commission tool are implemented accurately and according to approved commission plans. This role will also be responsible for addressing employee commission inquiries performing validations and obtaining required position is critical in ensuring the Sales Compensation plans are executed as designed.
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation plans and commission calculations in SAP Commission Tool.
- Produce accrual narrative and support the month-end close process.
- Become proficient with SAP the companys calculation system: running pipelines navigating and creating reports.
- Maintain and manage high volume of commission data inputs: Participant information Credit Rules Manual exceptions in SAP and more.
- Provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements.
- Answer and resolve commission dispute tickets.
- Variance analysis.
- Perform a read-out analysis of the commission payout monthly and submit pay files to Payroll.
- Create ad hoc reporting and financial projects.
- Support SOX audits.
Required Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant Commission or Sales Ops experience preferably in the technology industry
- Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of SAP Commission preferred.
- Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced results-oriented growing market leading technology company.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field is preferred or 5 years of commission/compensation experience.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market job type and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $120000 - $200000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidates subject knowledge skill level qualifications experience and geographic location.
