Job Summary

What youll do

As anImplementation Consultant Associate youll:

Support payroll system setup data migration and testing (including parallel payroll runs).
Help onboard new clients working closely with our Implementation team.
Create process documents and handover materials.
Manage parts of projects prioritising tasks as client needs shift.
Provide support to colleagues and customers by phone and online.

ORas aMigration Consultant Associateyoull:

Support customers transitioning from IRIS desktop accountancy products to cloud-based solutions.
Prepare validate and migrate client data ensuring a smooth and accurate transfer..
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver effective migrations and training.
Manage parts of migration projects adapting to evolving client needs and timelines.
Provide assistance to colleagues and customers maintaining strong accountancy and payroll knowledge.
