Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.The US Contracting NS-2 role is responsible for managing and supporting product pricing and reimbursement strategies within the organization. This position ensures accurate pricing information supports field teams during order processing and maintains strong control over pricing databases and dispute management. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop implement and monitor product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization.
- Manage and maintain the pricing database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide up-to-date customer and country price lists and support field teams with order-related inquiries.
- Handle and resolve pricing disputes applying overrides when necessary.
- Monitor categorize and manage pricing-related mailboxes for timely responses and issue tracking
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong proficiency in Excel and database management
- Previous experience in pricing contracting or commercial operations in related industries is advantageous
- Fluent in english
