About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving results Were looking for proactive detail-oriented individuals to join our Recovery and Settlements team for a 12-month secondment. This role is open to internal candidates based inBrisbane & Melbourne only.
As a Recovery & Settlements Consultant youll manage a portfolio of claims across our trusted consumer brands. Youll play a key role in ensuring accurate estimating negotiating liability and maximising recovery and settlement outcomesall while supporting our customers through moments that matter.

What youll do:
- Manage recovery and settlement workflows in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
- Negotiate win/win outcomes on settlement claims
- Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
- Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
