Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute regional strategies for the infrastructure and energy sectors aligned with corporate goals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends potential markets and client demands.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and drive regional business growth.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and energy domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government authorities private sector clients and strategic partners.
Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for clients.

Operational Excellence:

Analyze project and portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide guidance on resource allocation to maximize profitability and project delivery efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance service offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a key liaison between the Middle East region and Surbana Jurong Groups global leadership.
Represent the organization in regional conferences forums and industry events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Facilitate partnerships with local entities to foster knowledge transfer and capacity building.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor regulatory changes policy developments and competitor activities in the Middle East.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to the evolving market landscape.
Develop comprehensive reports and updates for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy sectors with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role in the Middle East.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure development renewable energy and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
Proven track record in business development and managing large-scale projects.
Exceptional analytical negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
