The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality a context of continuous growth and high performance expectations the Quality Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational improvements through auditing and process analysis. The position involves significant travel across the agencies within their responsibility.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

  • Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify incidents and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Assist in the development and application of normative standards and procedures across the company.
  • Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure quality and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and norms.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the internal audit plan ensuring compliance with standards and proper process execution.
  • Follow up on the resolution of discrepancies identified during audits.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the integrated management system and prepare for ISO certification ( etc.).
  • Promote a Quality Culture by fostering innovative ideas and problem-solving methods.


Well what will the requirements be

  • The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality standards and norms with expertise in process improvement methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential.
  • Fluent professional English and Spanish are required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of quality standards and norms.
  • Experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for process auditing and incident analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support operational teams.
  • Availability to travel extensively within Iberia.
  • Methodical pedagogical and rigorous approach to quality management.
