Role Overview: Business Intelligence Analyst Data Analytics & Reporting

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a vital role in transforming operational and business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across various levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain Power BI dashboards generate data-driven reports and develop KPIs and analytics to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: BI Reporting Data Analysis and Visualization

• Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and standardized reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations Finance and Commercial teams.
• Work closely with business leaders and department heads to identify data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Optimize existing BI infrastructure and suggest improvements for data modelling collection and automation of reporting processes.
• Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of business analytics and operational metrics.
• Provide training and support to users for Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement initiatives through deep data analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience: BI Data Analytics & Visualization Tools

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Business Information Systems Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or reporting preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Experience in BI Tools (Incorta Power BI or Looker) advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Solid understanding of database management SQL queries and data integration from multiple sources.
• Strong skills in data interpretation number crunching and presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent command of English for report writing user training and cross-department communication.

Working Conditions: BI Analyst Role

• Location: Cairo Egypt (hybrid working model)
• Working Hours: 9am 6pm (SundayThursday)
