1st and 3rd Shift
Injection Molding Process Technician
Are you passionate about precision manufacturing and dedicated to producing top-quality products that keep America s industries moving We are a team driven by innovation craftsmanship and reliability and we re looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join us.
In this role you ll ensure our molding operations run efficiently and effectively while supporting a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Set up monitor and adjust molding machine processes to maintain consistent production quality.

Troubleshoot process issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste.

Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met.

Keep accurate records of production runs and related documentation.

Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Partner with other departments to keep machines running at peak performance.

Carry out mold material and color changeovers with accuracy and speed.

Operate and fine-tune robotics and automation equipment as needed.
Qualifications
-
5 7 years of hands-on experience in the plastics or injection molding industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Solid basic math and measurement skills.

Working knowledge of molding principles material types and standard molding techniques.

Familiarity with pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems used in injection molding.

Comfortable reading interpreting and following technical documents and production instructions.

Forklift certification is a plus.
