As part of our expansion into pregnancy support were looking for a compassionate proactive and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world-class care.
Tasks
- Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members educating them on fertility pregnancy and menopause topics.
- Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider schedule appointments and provide ongoing concierge support.
- Address member inquiries proactively researching and presenting high-quality solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Conduct in-depth research on country-specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility pregnancy and menopause.
- Audit and support the creation of pregnancy care content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Help to train and mentor Member Care Experts to strengthen their knowledge of pregnancy and fertility care.
- Regularly update our platforms knowledge databases with the latest information on relevant healthcare practices and legal frameworks.

What Were Looking For
- Certified midwife or registered fertility nurse with hands-on patient experience.
- Confident kind and communicative with a natural ability to make people feel at ease.
- Comfortable in collaborative dynamic environments.
- Experienced in or highly interested in virtual care and digital health.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of global pregnancy practices.
- Experience in a customer care role.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in at least one of: Hebrew Italian or German.
- Additional fluency in these languages is a strong plus.
